Occasionally, property owners may not be interested in a traditional sale of
their land, but are interested in having a 'stake' in the development and a share of the profit it generates.

 

Simply put, the property owner provides the land for which they receive a first stage payment, and Bloxham Homes are responsible for the development of the site. This includes all legal, planning and build costs. 

 

Once the completed development is sold, the parties then receive their pre-

agreed percentages of the profit.
